Clinical Engagement and Implementation Manager vacancies
We are seeking a range of talented and experienced team members across the UK to fill a number of Clinical Engagement and Implementation Manager roles “CEIM”. We are looking for experienced clinical candidates or those with significant clinical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills are important. You will want to work in flexible roles, that are home based but will involve regular travel to our clients.
The role of the CEIM is to build and manage the relationships with clinicians within NHS organisations. You will provide project leadership and support, ensuring the delivery of quality services that represent best value. You will be key in ensuring the clinicians ‘voice’ is heard when specifications are made for products and services ensuring they meet relevant national best practice and guidance. You will then work with clinicians to make sure best value products and services are being used in day-to-day services.
Senior Category Manager
We are seeking a range of talented and experienced team members to fill a number of Senior Category Manager roles across the UK. The Senior Category Managers will be at the centre of a network of key stakeholders, end users, suppliers and management functions and be responsible for ensuring a strategic sourcing programme for defined categories.
Salaries will be set within a range, according to geographical location of the role and a range of factors such as, level of professional experience in a relevant field, clinical qualifications and the range of stakeholders and savings being managed. We are seeking a range of talented and experienced team members to fill a range of Category Manager roles from entry level singular category management to the more complex. Category Managers are responsible for the delivery of strategic procurement initiatives on a specific/allocated portfolio of sourcing categories in compliance with EU legislation, UK law and trust standing financial instructions.
You will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of procurement services, within a specific category, whilst maximizing value for money opportunities through process improvement and total cost of ownership modelling.
Procurement Contract Manager
This role requires extensive OJEU Public Sector Experience and an in-depth and robust understanding of Procurement Law and the 2015 EU Regulations. Candidates must be capable of managing a team to complete multiple, multi-million pound contracts and be able to ensure that these are managed via an e-tendering portal, ensuring strict compliance, transparency and fairness as per EU Regs. The Candidate must be able to respond to supplier challenges and concerns raised by the market through-out the OJEU process and be able to rebuff and resist and legal challenges.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation responsible for the completion of OJEU tenders and to manage evaluation and award through to contract management for the duration of each agreement. This role is required to support and assist and to develop a team of Procurement Specialists and Procurement Contract Support, ensuring skill sets within the team are continually improving, monitored and appraised.
Reporting to the Procurement Contract Manager, the role will lead on all designated areas of procurement and supply activities, to deliver best value for goods and services across the category tower.
Procurement Contract Support
The role will support the selling and delivery of a procurement to meet customer specific needs. Strategic procurements will span across a range of clinical, medical and surgical procurements, depending on tower.
Working closely with colleagues, you will assist the designated category management and support procurement team to obtain the maximum possible benefits.
